Over the last 6 years I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from Planet Nissan. The Service has been great and they have helped me with questions I had regarding maintenance. My service that I have received from Planet Nissan. The Service has been great and they have helped me with questions I had regarding maintenance. My 2020 Nissan Murano has been treated well also with cleanliness and good maintenance when needed. The staff is friendly and respectful - something that I have not found as a woman at other dealerships. I am grateful for a company that I can trust to give me good and respectful advice and service for my vehicle. Alexander Lobos has been a great service writer for me. Thank you More

The Service Department at Planet Nissan is and has always truly been exceptional in customer service. From the moment you walk in, all the way until your car is ready for pickup. I had my Frontier serviced on 08/29/2025,I did not receive any paper work concerning the work done on my truck, I have requested the service department for a copy of the work,I replied to an email req receive any paper work concerning the work done on my truck, I have requested the service department for a copy of the work,I replied to an email requesting a copy, I called a phone number that I received about the satisfaction about the service and got no response,and now I will request a copy from the Nissan home office.
