It was easy to make the appointment. I came in to get my convertible top fixed, but they also checked the rest of the vehicle and found that my serpentine belt was frayed. They provided a car on the Friday I came in and said hopefully the work would be done by Monday, the 13th, but they were able to get the work done the same day.
