I would not recommend this service center. I would think they would attempt to help customers as much as possible but instead, the resolution they offered me was not a resolution at all and t I would think they would attempt to help customers as much as possible but instead, the resolution they offered me was not a resolution at all and they did not even assist in helping me get the water out of my car for an issue that is out of my control. They were quick to charge fees though. The service technician, Grasso, was just average. Not very helpful but it is what it is from this location and the situation. He did say he would have someone from the dealership contact me to talk about my lease and that never happened so another reason I would prefer to not go to this dealership in the future. More
