I thought service was their specialty but it was very poor. My car was washed but the inside of my car was filthy. I had an oil change and the mechanic didn’t even screw the engine oil filler cap back in poor. My car was washed but the inside of my car was filthy. I had an oil change and the mechanic didn’t even screw the engine oil filler cap back in. I opened the hood on my car and the engine oil filler cap was right there next to the hood latch!!! That was after I drove all the way from I-75 to I-95 and Hollywood Blvd. How much dirt and other debri has gotten into my engine before I saw this? So now if I have any engine problems that come up they will obviously be my issue to deal with. When I hear people saying that taking your car to the dealer is the best you can do I can’t help but to laugh. I’ll get the same below average service from a neighborhood mechanic for a third of the price. More
