I was very specific about my needs and wants when we first talked on the phone and when I arrived there, Michael was totally prepared. His calm manner and knowledge made the entire sale go smoothly. The car I wanted was found within hours and I picked it up two days later. It was detailed beautifully and I was pleasantly surprised to see a big bow on it! Michael sat in the car with me for a very long time explaining all of the electronics in detail. He followed through with phone calls to make sure I was pleased and needed any further assistance. I had a couple of questions and because I live in Vero Beach, he made videos and walked me though the answers. If you want a pleasant car buying experience when buying your next Lexus, ask for Michael. More
