The visit on the 29th was fine, just took longer than I expected. Why I haven’t been in for service since probably 2016 is because I was told I was sitting in the drivers seat wrong causing the plastic shroud around the seat bottom to break. Said you wouldn’t honor the warranty because of that. Nonsense!
