Besides seeming completely uninterested in helping us to begin with, It seemed as soon as he realized there was already a loan involved which would m Besides seeming completely uninterested in helping us to begin with, It seemed as soon as he realized there was already a loan involved which would make the process more complicated (doable but would prob need a down payment he said, which we had a pretty sizable down payment due to a recent inheritance) he seemed even more uninterested in helping us and started helping a different customer. Maybe he thought we were a lost cause? I don’t know. Maybe they’re or he’s not lgbtq friendly? Again, I don’t know what warranted the attitude or neglect but it wasn’t going to be tolerated. Either way, I have never been to a dealership where the sales reps help multiple people at the same time causing the customer who was first being helped to wait. After waiting for about an hour to even speak to someone to begin with we didn’t have the time to wait for him to continue with helping us so we decided to buy the car we were looking for elsewhere. We were ready to buy today but apparently they didn’t want our business. Or at least Mike didn’t. More

We had visited many dealerships and some didn't even greet us while others were adding huge amounts over the sticker price.
