I was in last week for my second oil change. At that time, I asked Lorri if Service could raise the back hatch to the original height. Several days later, I was irritated enough to come back to the dealership to speak with Mike Heintz. Mike is absolutely amazing and I wish I could go through him directly for everything. I explained to him my situation and he readjusted the height back to factory setting. I would advise Lorri not to get involved in areas she knows nothing about. More
