I had an excellent experience at Werner Mazda. I leased a new 2020 Mazda CX-5, and Mike Heintz was my salesperson. Mike did an excellent job explaining the product, my choices, and all of the various financi new 2020 Mazda CX-5, and Mike Heintz was my salesperson. Mike did an excellent job explaining the product, my choices, and all of the various financing options that were available to me. He went out of his way to respond to a long series of follow-up questions that I had, and in a quick manner. He was courteous, friendly, a great ambassador for Mazda, and most importantly, he was honest and worked to get me into both a car and a leasing plan that I was comfortable with. I can't say enough good things about the experience. I went to four dealers over a series of weeks when making the decision to purchase a car, and my experience at Werner and with Mike in particular was hands-down the best one. I also had a great experience working with Nick Flood. Mike was my primary salesperson, but Nick spoke to me about the pros of the CX5 and worked with me on some of the finance issues as well. Mike and Nick worked hard to get me into a monthly payment plan that I was comfortable with. No lies, no obfuscations, no pressure. I would shop here again in a heartbeat!
