Planned on test drive, ended up purchasing! I had been eyeing the Mazda CX-5 and decided I would at least start with a test drive. Mike Heintz assisted me and was very informative and helpful. I have to say, I've dealt with a handful of dealerships and this one actually makes you feel like they care and are willing to work with you to get yo I have to say, I've dealt with a handful of dealerships and this one actually makes you feel like they care and are willing to work with you to get you into the car you want to be in. They are fair and kind. Being a woman walking into a dealership you feel like you may be taken advantage of, but not the case here, I felt like that wasn't even a factor, that they had a customer, like anyone else, and they were willing to work with me and were fair to deal with. The best car buying experience we have ever had. My husband and I have purchased a lot of cars throughout our lives...some experiences were good, some not so much. And then we met Mike Heintz. He truly was the most knowledgeable, personable, least pushy sales person either of us has ever worked with. We went in not even sure that a Mazda was what we were looking for but after getting a full blown education from Mike and then meeting with Rich Hammond, we were convinced that I belonged in a gorgeous CX-5. We had some numbers to crunch and they allowed us the time to make sure we were making the right decision without pressure. After working out what we believe was the absolute best deal on both our new car and our trade-in, we left very happy to now be a part of the Werner Mazda family of highly satisfied buyers. The extras that the dealership provides in the way of service are like none either of us has seen before, which is clearly a reflection of the Werner family values. It almost makes you look forward to your first service appointment. More
