Great people no hassle I went to the dealer on lunch break to just check in on a lease that had another 2 months in it. My wife wanted the newer version of the same car and I went to the dealer on lunch break to just check in on a lease that had another 2 months in it. My wife wanted the newer version of the same car and I was thinking about starting the process and coming back later in the week to do the paperwork etc.. I was in and out back on my way to work in the new vehicle in less than an hour. Mike and Mike were great, knew I needed to head back to work so they processed everything with a sense of urgency to accommodate me. I have two cars that I trade in every 2 to 3 years and always dread the process. These people are great and by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. More

Nicest Service Department From the time I drove in to the momewnt I left with an Infinity Loaner I was treated respectfully and felt like Nigel and several technicians had only From the time I drove in to the momewnt I left with an Infinity Loaner I was treated respectfully and felt like Nigel and several technicians had only me on my behalf. I had a bad accident the day before and went to Nigel to ask him what to do. He had the QX60 on a lift as 2 technicians did a thorough exam. I was given a loaner and was told Nigel would call me latter in the day. He called as promised and said there was a lot of damage and he would deal with adjuster. He met with the adjuster, got an accurate quote and had my car towed to the body shop I requested. As a woman, often we are taken for granted but I have leased Infinity's for over 10 years because Ken Hubbell dealt with me directly. Love this dealership. More

Always superb service at Infiniti of Norwood I’ve had 3 Infiniti cars and always used Norwood for service.
