My friend recommended seeing "Big Mike" Mike Howard and right away I knew why. He is not the usual high pressure sales rep but a true professional sales person. He took the time to hear our wants in a car and then educated us first about the Infiniti models. Next he showed us what would fit our needs, not the usual bait and switch. He spent the time with my wife to make sure all of her concerns were taken care of. I had spent the past 30 years in sales selling big ticket items and also managed several dealers in New England so I explained this to Mike and he understood so when the time had come to make the deal we cut to the chase and everything went quickly with very little back and forth, which is the way it should be. I feel that we both made out well, he sold me a car and got a customer that would definitely come back and also recommend him highly and I was happy with the deal. The follow up after the hand-shake so far is superb. You cannot ask for more and I actually enjoyed the buying experience. More
