I worked directly with Mr. Michael Howell who was there for me from beginning to end when it came to the F-450 truck I was interested in purchasing. Mr. Howell is the exemplary example of what any salesman at a reputable dealership should strive to be like. He was not only very assuring as this truck I was flying in to purchase was going to be driven back 1600+ miles, but also went above and beyond for me to keep me updated so I could plan my trip accordingly, returning each of my calls and answering questions promptly. Mr. Howell stayed late into a weekend to accommodate me and even offered to pick me up from TPA to bring me to my new truck which happened to be in immaculate condition.
