Michael Howell and his Supervisor (Jeff?) were a pleasure to deal with. They diligently worked with me. My only negative feedback was the Finance person, Eric. I know he does that 10-30!tomes a day but your CLIENTS don’t. He needs a refresher course on being pleasant and polite with Clients. After all, NO CLIENTS= no JOB. More

Finance dept is horrible. The only reason I bought a car from you was that you had the model I wanted. I came in preapproved only to be pressured to finance through Ferman and The only reason I bought a car from you was that you had the model I wanted. I came in preapproved only to be pressured to finance through Ferman and buy the top of the line warranty. I was never given options of a lesser warranty until I was declining during signing. I do not feel like you tried to harvest a relationship with me. Only to get as much money as possible from me as possible. I will not recommend your dealership. Michael is the only saving grace for me not to walk out on the deal. It could have been an exceptional experience if the finance guys would have left well enough alone. I feel you used deceptive practices on the price of the car at 20k. Only if I used your financing its 20k. If I used my own its 21k. You should advertise the correct price and if i used your financing, it should then drop to 19k. Not raise up to 21k. That would be at least honest advertising. I found you on auto trader. And nowhere does it say I needed to finance through you to get that price. And when I entertained the idea of using your financing, you came to me with a payment difference of only $18 a month. You didnt even try to come in with a better option for us. It's all in all a horrible sales technique. The sheet of paper with different monthly payments is antiquated and insulting. It is 2020 not 1985. I'm being honest in hope you dont put others through this less than exceptional experience we had. I'm not even going to go into the down payment fiasco. I'm paying it only because I like the car. Otherwise I would have dropped it off today in your parking lot. Last but not least the detail of the car was less than stellar. I'll get it professionally done this weekend. More

He made searching for a vehicle an easy experience. Mr. Manning was very helpful, taking care of all details. He was friendly and congratulated us on our selection. Mr. Voorhies was most helpful in crafting a sales agreement. He seemed to understand what we preferred and after explaining what makes the price what it is, made us a direct and firm offer. We accepted and are pleased that we were able to make a deal. The SUV is exactly what we wanted. We recommend the Ferman dealership and would definitely return for another purchase. More

Very helpful, polite and a non-pressure sales atmosphere. The car buying experience was wonderful from start to finish. I started looking online and found the vehicle I was interested in looking at. I emailed The car buying experience was wonderful from start to finish. I started looking online and found the vehicle I was interested in looking at. I emailed the dealership. They took a little off the price and sent me a new proposal. I came in and test drove the car. I was not pressured at all to buy the vehicle. I told them what my monthly budget was. They were able to get there. I left and went to lunch. I came back from lunch and signed all the paperwork. Great experience from start to finish. More

Worked hard for me!! I was a tough case when I walked in the door. So Michael and Jeff told me to give them some time as they were going to work this deal from all angles. I was a tough case when I walked in the door. So Michael and Jeff told me to give them some time as they were going to work this deal from all angles. Eric was also involved helping put the deal together. My wife and I ended up driving off the lot with a brand new Escape. Thank you to everyone at Ferman who helped us out. Earned a customer for life. More

Terrible The dealership as a whole is kinda of a mess, nabil and kellan were so helpful and gave a good amount for my trade. Salesperson was very slow and just The dealership as a whole is kinda of a mess, nabil and kellan were so helpful and gave a good amount for my trade. Salesperson was very slow and just seemed very not fit for the job it took over 5 hours at the dealership. When I got the car driving home the brakes and routers were squeaking bad and the rain was coming through moonroof. Felt very rushed and when I Came back the next day to get everything looked at no one new I was coming and when I had called to make sure I was coming it was a mess. They are supposedly fixing the vehicle but we will see what happens after I get it back. Not the best experience. More
