Areas of improvements in overall experience (for Garrett Stevens and Michael Joh): They didn’t do a good job of explaining the areas that affect financing interest rates. Such as: 1) impact of the initial down payment size; and 2) the impact of numbers of credit agencies that needed to be unfrozen. Confused at first about the extra warranty purchase. Initially, we were presented repeatedly with “total monthly payment” numbers for various additional warranty purchases. It would be much better to break down the total monthly payment into two parts: 1) Vehicle payment and, 2) Additional payment associated with the purchase of additional warranties. More

Dontae was super friendly and accommodating and made sure I had the best experience buying my car! I went along with my husband to buy my car and because I know nothing about cars, he was the one doing all t I had the best experience buying my car! I got the most help and information from Mike Zoellener who helped me get in a car better than the one I originally wanted, and for the same price! I got to take my time looking at a great selection of cars, and carefully break down the features, warranties, and financing options to make the smartest decision. If it wasn't for Mike Zoellener and Mike Joh I probably wouldn't have gotten the car I wanted/needed and be so happy with my purchase. More
