Michael started his career at Bourne's in September of 2003. He started as the point sales person as Bourne's expanded to the current location at Belmont Street. In his current role he manages all operations of Bourne Enterprises, Inc. He is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA. He has completed the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Training. In his free time he enjoys playing many different sports and spending time on Cape Cod with his Family. He currently resides in Easton, with his wife and two children, where he was born and raised.

Bournes supplied me with excellent service and I left feeling as though I got a deal on the services for my vehicle. They offered me a rental vehicle and called with the price of the repair so there was feeling as though I got a deal on the services for my vehicle. Researched on line prior to going to Bourne's Auto, picked out 3 to 5 vehicles that I felt met my needs. Entered Bourne's and spoke with Mike Kelley and he showed me all the vehicles I was interested i picked out 3 to 5 vehicles that I felt met my needs. Entered Bourne's and spoke with Mike Kelley and he showed me all the vehicles I was interested in inside, which was a huge deal because it was so frigid outside. Bourne's has a haggle free pricing belief which put me at ease because the price was the price and they were well below all published prices I had researched. Mike put me further at ease with offering an Extended Service Plan which fit my needs exactly at an extremely competitive price. I went into Bourne's at noon time and walked out at 5pm with a new car in time to eat dinner with my family, that's commitment to the customer. Thanks Mike you have a customer for life. More

This is my second car with Bournes. Mike Kelly found me a car at auction and did it quickly as my prior car was totaled. The service and support that I received was fantastic. The whole staff at Bourne's was great through the whole process. I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord and I love it. I went to Mike looking for a manual transmission that he didn't have at the time. He was able to find one the following week and called me right away. When picking the car up Mike actually stayed until after 7pm one night so I didn't even have to take time off work to pick up the car. Great overall experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

They are very upfront and provide great service before and after the sale. They also have the same staff which means they must care about their employees because you see the same people. You don't see that in most auto dealerships. I have been buying cars for over 22 years and you buy a car and when you go back to the dealership for the first oil change the salesperson has left the establishment. You need that person to assist you with your needs after the sale. I would definatley recommend you to visit Bournes Auto Center. You will make the decision on your own after your visit. More

I was fortunate to find this dealership over 10 years ago. I recently purchased my 3rd car from them and have never been disappointed. Their service department is exceptional as well.
