Best Car-Buying Experience I purchased my first Volvo this past weekend from the good folks at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, and the shopping experience was wonderful - safe, welc I purchased my first Volvo this past weekend from the good folks at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, and the shopping experience was wonderful - safe, welcoming environment; friendly, low-pressure sales team; best inventory of pre-owned S90's; and a terrific price, My first contact with Sara by text, almost a month ago, was cordial, friendly, and very low-pressure; at that time, I was considering other vehicles. Once I focused on an S90, Sara was friendly, patient, and responsive; I'm pretty sure she got tired of my constant questions, but if she did, she never showed it! During my search for the perfect S90, I brought in a pre-owned 2018 S90 from another dealer for an inspection. Michael in the service department thoroughly answered my questions, and while I was waiting on the inspection, I had the chance to meet Tim, Sara, and Keith. This is where Volvo Mall of Georgia really began to shine. At my request, Sara and Keith showed me a couple of different 2017 S90s, and it became clear that their inventory is the best around, both in terms of quantity and, more importantly, quality. When I test drove a 2017, it was obvious that Keith really knows these vehicles and answered every question I had. I was really stuck on a 2018 model, however, so we agreed to keep in touch. I returned the car that I brought in for an inspection to the other dealer and never looked back. A few days later, I decided on a 2108 S90, and Tim, Sara, and Keith made it happen quickly and efficiently. When I picked up the car the next day, Keith spent more than an hour with me going over the features of the car. Bottom line - if you want a pleasurable, low-pressure, no-nonsense car-buying experience, from folks who are gracious, knowledgeable, and efficient, you really need look no further than Keith, Sara, and Tim.
