This was my second visit. I decided to return because of my very pleasant experience with Mr Kelly, the service coordinator.Unfortunately, I ended up at AAA the following day because the indicators warned o my very pleasant experience with Mr Kelly, the service coordinator.Unfortunately, I ended up at AAA the following day because the indicators warned of coolant low,and tires needed more pressure.I had both taken care of because it was too far for me to return and I left for out of town shortly thereafter due to the deaths of 2 of my siblings.I had 70000 miles maintenance done and did not expect any issues. Service is absolutely top notch here - they are HONEST. Rare these days. Michael, Brian, and Marcus are the 3 reasons why we only come here for service. Just bought our 6th Volvo and this dealer treated me with the utmost respect. No haggling, no running back and forth to the F&I manager - just the best price on an amazing vehicle. I purchased an XC60 in 45 minutes. The sales manager Tim is straightforward and direct - soft-spoken but means what he says. He comes from a family of teachers and personally added on to my Volvo Teacher discount, as I am a teacher. We will buy our 7th Volvo (for our teen) here! The F&I manager Alexis was also honest and upfront, making financing easy to navigate and painless. Keith handled delivery and patiently showed me all the bells and whistles on my XC60. More

No updates on my car. No sense of urgency. Constantly have to remind of things that need to be check . They don't take notes of things that need to get checked. It took them a while for my insurance to have to remind of things that need to be check . They don't take notes of things that need to get checked. It took them a while for my insurance to get the pictures of damage. They don't work on the car even though it's an insurance claim. They don't even order the parts they need ahead of time to work on a speedy repair. I have to constantly contact them for updates. I find it embarrassing having to do so. But also necessary because I'm left uninformed of the situation with my car. More
