Service is awesome. I literally drive 50 miles to come to Jim Ellis Volvo. Mr. Wise is knowledgeable and really attentive to customers. He takes time to explain everything and provide options. I have been to the service department about 2 to 3 times in a few months 4 a couple of problems. They have a hard time finding the problems! The service guy I dealt with has been very helpful in making m in a few months 4 a couple of problems. They have a hard time finding the problems!
