Michael Killeen is amazing to work with! I am very fortunate to have been introduced to Michael through a friend. I was in the market for a 718 Cayman GTS to supplement the Macan S that I had I am very fortunate to have been introduced to Michael through a friend. I was in the market for a 718 Cayman GTS to supplement the Macan S that I had purchased from another dealer. The Macan purchase had been fairly impersonal and didn't really showcase much in the way of brand or product knowledge. When I met Michael, I was immediately impressed with his customer first attitude and his depth of expertise on all things Porsche. As the 718 Cayman GTS was not yet available for order, I placed a deposit and waited for an allocation to become available. When I got the call from Michael that he was ready to order my build, I changed gears on him and told him I was holding off ordering. He was extremely supportive and understanding and didn't try to pressure me at all. Shortly afterwards, I let him know that I had changed my mind and wanted to order a Carrera GTS instead. Adding to that, I wanted to do Euro delivery. Both the model and Euro delivery added significant complications to the sale, but Micheal was unwavering in his efforts to deliver what I was asking for. Throughout the long wait time for an allocation and in all the back and forth with Porsche on the delivery logistics, Michael was very accommodating with all of my requests for information and helped answer all my product questions along the way. Taking delivery of the car in Germany and subsequently enjoying it here over the past year has absolutely been everything I hoped for and I am confident that this is due to Michael's part in guiding me through the model selection and ordering process. I feel very lucky to have worked with Michael and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him or recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Porsche. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! I spent 175k on a new car. The car is great, the dealership full of rotten people. It starts at the top with Steve Haas the GM. Impossible to get on I spent 175k on a new car. Wont call you back....and if he doesn't like what you have to say - he hangs up on you. My salesman Mike Killeen was even worse. He should be selling at Toyota. Killeen actually asked me to get his kid a job the moment I bought the car....embarrassing. The service people are pretty good - but these sales guys will upsell you on everything, and once you drive off the lot - they'll never deal with you again. Both of these guys couldn't be less professional. I wish I never bought at Danbury. Go to Greenwich or Fairfield - it will be worth the drive to avoid these glorified used car salesmen...…. More
