From Lemon to Lemonade I recently traded in my Porsche Panamera for the Cayenne Hybrid. I worked with Mike Killeen on my original purchase of the Panamera and again on my I recently traded in my Porsche Panamera for the Cayenne Hybrid. I worked with Mike Killeen on my original purchase of the Panamera and again on my trade in. His service level was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly responsive and maintained such a positive attitude that was contagious throughout the process. We did the deal in November of 2017 and the Cayenne was over 3 months late on delivery because of emission tests that needed to be done before they would release from the port. Mike kept me up to date every step of the way and went out of his way to mitigate any potential frustration on my end. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone considering buying a Porsche. He is a good man. More

The next day I got a call from Mike Killeen who couldn't have been more professional and knowledgeable about my car. When I went in to see him, he politely recommended a few changes to my selection of options, which made my dream car even more awesome and at the same time saved me a few hundred bucks! A-1 Mike! Since then, I upgraded to a Black 2016 Porsche 911 Turbo S with yellow trim and have never looked back. Killeen helped me with that as well. I'll be back! Steve S. More

Huge Disappointment--no help whatsoever review: What a terrible experience. From the moment I wanted to order my car from Danbury I was ignored. I was not given any advice of possible o review: What a terrible experience. From the moment I wanted to order my car from Danbury I was ignored. I was not given any advice of possible options or issues with options I choose. For example, the tire size causes substantial noises with this model. I sought to make 1 change and it was a burden for the salesman. I sought to choose wheels and he could not get me an accurate photo. After waiting 3 months, the car arrived. The salesman advised me I was coming at a busy time. When I arrived I was 30 minutes late bc of traffic and he told me he did not have time to go through the car. On signing papers, they made a mistake. They attempted to mail the papers, but they got lost on the return. While they had no problem asking me to drive to them, when I asked the person from Danbury to drive to my office, it was a huge deal. I could not be more disappointed in the car and service of Danbury Porsche. To top it off, it was my fourth Porsche I bought from them in five years. Thanks Danbury Porsche! rating: 1/10 More
