Steven handled the finances when we went to pick up the car. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure for add-ons. Ditto for the tech person. My only minor complaint was that the pick-up took almost 4 hours. But I guess needing a NYS registration (which they handled beautifully) was a complication. Love the car so far! More
