Went in to buy out my lease. Not the best experience for us. They were not straight forward on how the certifying you Lexus works. We were told we should buy warranties and told we would get back 4000.00 more for our car when we were ready to trade it in if we certified it for 2550.00 but they could not show us that in writing. We were supposed to believe their verbal promise. Basically got the typical sales pitch at a typical car dealership. Took 41/2 hours to buy out a lease. Ridiculous. More
