We orchestrated a purchase of a F-Pace SVR mostly on-line and with a couple of phone calls with Karen Covino. We were not local, and could not come see the car until we mostly had a deal in place. I have own and with a couple of phone calls with Karen Covino. We were not local, and could not come see the car until we mostly had a deal in place. I have owned several Jaguar’s in my life and this is by far the best experience I have had. Karen was responsive, thorough, informative, and patient. She needed to be patient in that we had a lot of questions about the car and was tempted to purchase another car from another dealer. She handled all of that calmly and professionally - and worked with us until we reached an agreement that we are very pleased with. We also are very pleased that she was willing to come in to meet with us on her day off. Further, each other person we worked with was incredibly professional, highly accommodating, and excellent at their jobs. This included Nolan Olson, Michael Krail, and Rich Martine. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we received excellent value for our money. My wife and I highly recommend working with Jaguar Land Rover Princeton. More
