This was truly a team effort by Naples Chrysler Dodge JEEP. MY FIRST JEEP and I understand only in a jeep!! Well, I had an appointment for 12:00 to put 4 new tires on. We arrived at 11:50 for the appointment. Our sales rep said it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. We returned at 2:00 to pick up our Jeep only to be told on. We arrived at 11:50 for the appointment. Our sales rep said it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. We returned at 2:00 to pick up our Jeep only to be told "it's not going to be done until 4ish". Now we had already driven over an hour to get there. So, basically we had to go waste another 2 hours of our day, and the hit all the traffic on the way home which extended our drive time another 45 minutes. Their excuse was they had 3 other people getting tires that day. I guess my thoughts are, when you have an appointment and you are told it will only take 1.5-2 hours that' when it should be completed. Not a total of 4 hours to put a set of tires on. If you have an entire day to waste, they are the place to go. Otherwise, I would suggest going somewhere else. More

Fairly smooth experience, CPO had to be processed after the fact (missed initially somehow). Loose engine mount became apparent 3 weeks after purchase, but they will be taking care of it, as they should. the fact (missed initially somehow).
