The sales department is Great! The service department is the worst! My tires were, once again, not rotated. They lied to me when I questioned them about the tire rotation. Two of my Tires were not refilled to the appropriate PSI; one was overfilled by 10 PSI, and the other was underfilled. My battery posts were not cleaned, even though the invoice was marked as done. I paid extra to have them look at the windshield wiper fluid pump, which was not working. Service advisor Braxton Alsip told me they had found and repaired the issue with the pump. Although I could tell they had done some work on the wiper fluid system, it still wasn't working at all. I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in to have a safety recall repaired, but it wasn't done! More

Im getting this review and I haven’t even got my car back yet. I find that odd. I had an oil pan leak and was quoted over $1000 to replaced an oil pan gasket. That is insane for a gasket that isn’t even a ga yet. I find that odd. I had an oil pan leak and was quoted over $1000 to replaced an oil pan gasket. That is insane for a gasket that isn’t even a gasket. It’s just silicone sealant that you apply on the edges and then tighten down. Super easy. Well thank God it was covered under warranty. But two weeks later the cover that covers the under part of the engine comes flying off on the freeway. When I look under the car the oil pan is leaking again. They warranties the oil pan again but quoted me over $600 for a new cover. But aren’t they the people that didn’t tighten it down!? It’s been three days now and I still don’t have my car back For an oil pan leak and a cover that has like 6 bolts. I don’t know you tell me. Would you recommend this service department? More

Service team was excellent but the 3rd party windshield repair person showed up rather late.after 4pm. At least he showed up before the end of the day. Service team was remarkably polite and extra-helpful. Whole team worked to get me home and back to the dealer in good shape. Windshield is satisfactorily repaired and looks pretty good with only tiny cracks left. Service team really is a gem and my wife loves this dealership and said it is more than worth the high markup and the extreme cost of extras that was thrown onto the car at purchase! She said the service team is the best she has seen and loves the feel and look of the dealership, their community reputation and the way they treat their customers! It’s a fun place to go and really nice people, so I guess my wife is right! More

Buyer Beware: Frustration. Deception. Purchased a CRV. We were lied to by sales and finance vehicle warranty. CPO was used a negotiating tool which is against Honda Corp Deception. Purchased a CRV. We were lied to by sales and finance vehicle warranty. CPO was used a negotiating tool which is against Honda Corporate policy. Will file complaint with corporate office and not return. Sales had very little knowledge on details and lied as opposed to putting in the work to find facts. Signage in lobby is from 2023 (or ealier). Finance (RJ) lied about coverage. All 3 sales members, 2 sales managers, and GM (Peter Nguyen) all provided inaccurate information and said "Yes, this is the covereage, you will get a print out from finance when you buy". That never happened and I later found out the provided information was incorrect. I stopped by to clarify items after sending a GM a question in response to his Thank You email and he stated "are you trying to get a job here". I would have expected "how can I help you, I hear we made a few mistakes and want to make this right". Hats off to Dylan Shay did confirm I was mislead. Proposed resolution was met with 'we still need to make money' or you can buy X at a minor discount. My counter to that is, I am asking for a tiny compensation to make things right. Ocean Honda will still have millions in profits. Do not trust them. More
