In spite of repeated requests for a loaner while my car is to be serviced I am frequently told that either there isn’t one OR it was AI to whom I spoke when the appointment was made. I know. It was a live human with whom I spoke because I phoned the service department and a live person answered and confirmed my choice of appointments. Jorge was totally indifferent to my needs, the appointment I had booked or what could be done to alter the outcome…I left and scheduled a future appointment. The two previous Hyundai Santa Fe’s I purchased were fabulous cars and I loved them. I decided to scale down in size and thought the 2026 Tucson a good option. I could not have been more wrong. I will be either selling this automobile or trading it in the very near future. More

Going to buy a new vehicle is a lot like going to a dentist. Most people hate both. I'm 75 years old and have done this several times but this time was different. I came home relaxed and happy.
