I have had tire issues for the past 2 months. I had my tires balanced and rotated at the dealership. About 3 weeks later when it still was not driving good, I took my 2022 Honda Passport with 27, I had my tires balanced and rotated at the dealership. About 3 weeks later when it still was not driving good, I took my 2022 Honda Passport with 27,000 miles to a tire shop that I trust and they suggested I go back to the dealer to try to get some kind of credit for the tread that is still left. They said I did not need an alignment, that the tires were feathering just a bit though. The dealership said I needed to be rotated/balanced, so I had them do that again and it drove worst than it had before. It was wobbling when I drove. I took it back and they put them back like they were and said nothing about the tires other than some feathering. I have the video where the tech was saying that. He did not even notice the bulge in one of the tires! I asked about getting some credit for the tires because it was factory defect (the belt broke/tire bulged out). I only have 27,000 miles on my Honda Passport! The tires should last longer than that. They said I would have to go back to the tire company and see if they would allow credit. These are the tires that Honda put on a brand new car! Why in the world would I have to go the tire company! They did offer to sell me 4 tires though.... So, I ended up going to the other reputable tire shop and bought a tire. Fast forward 2 weeks more and the wobbling starts again. I take it back to the reputable tire shop and they inform me that the treads on another one of the tires is separating! Again, a bad batch of tires. They recommended, again, going back to the dealership because this is a factory defect in the tires and they should give some type of credit. I called the service dept and they again told me I would have to go to the tire company, that they do not handle any of that. This is ridiculous on a car that only has 27,000 miles! Everyone but the dealership said that the tires should get at least 60K to 70K miles out of the tires. At one point the manager was supposed to call the next day...crickets! No phone call, nothing. The rep, Kevin, that signed me in and out was very nice.. The manager I did talk to that day was extremely rude. Just terrible service and only want to sell me 4 brand new tires. No help with tires that are clearly defective!! Will not be going back to Brandon Honda Service. More

Before buying my vehicle, I had a major distrust for car dealerships, sales reps, & all who represented such . Until my experience with the Honda dealership 0n Adamo. Kyle L. from day one has been nothing more than extraordinary in his customer service & because of him my faith has been restored. He is so transparent, straight forward and very informative. He’s a man of integrity, impeccable character, & extremely honest. I appreciate Kyle. To Honda dealership, you have a rare jewel. He represents in excellence! I must no leave Michael M Jr out. What a pleasant and sincere person. He’s been amazing in his role he represented in a situation that concerned me and him and Kyle made sure I was straight and the matter at heart was resolved with such care and consideration. I’m disappointed that it is not disclosed until after paperwork is signed that there is only one key. Additionally, the vehicle came with one floor mat. I would expect, what I thought was a reputable d paperwork is signed that there is only one key. Additionally, the vehicle came with one floor mat. I would expect, what I thought was a reputable dealer, would provide two keys and floor mats. When I asked about them, the response was that’s how it was brought to dealership. Now I have to spend about $300 more for a second key and mats. More
