There was an issue during my service that I brought to the attention of the service guy right away. He took photos and said that he would reach out to me the following day to fix it. I waited a couple of the attention of the service guy right away. He took photos and said that he would reach out to me the following day to fix it. I waited a couple of days and emailed the service manager who said that he included the other guy on the email and they would be in touch. That was November 20th and now it is December 3rd and I haven't been contacted since. I would have accepted they told me they couldn't or wouldn't do anything to fix their mistake but to have absolutely no follow through on your email is disrespectful. Yes, it wasn't a huge mistake, but if this is how they take care of a small, simple matter- by ignoring it, it should give you an idea of how they would handle a bigger issue. More
