Will buy all my cars from here; 120 miles away and worth it! I called Phillips Chevrolet last minute to look at a new car that was at the Frankfort location. They brought it right over before I even arrived to I called Phillips Chevrolet last minute to look at a new car that was at the Frankfort location. They brought it right over before I even arrived to the Lansing location. My salesman, Barth Eastman, cordially met me in parking lot and escorted me inside to my waiting vehicle. He offered me a drink and a snack and got things done quickly. I met the dealer principal Mike Maheras and the general sales manager Mark Catuara. Both came over to meet me and welcome me, even in the middle of a busy Saturday! While waiting for finance, King explained accessories without pushing anything on me, and then I met with Angel Santana who helped me in finance. Barth, and the entire Phillips staff were overwhelmingly hospitable and helpful. I live 120 miles away, and would come back without a doubt for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks everyone!
