They made it a positive, enjoyable experience to buy the Tundra. We have been buying Toyotas since 1985 and have bought from a number of dealerships through the years. He goes above and beyond the word service -- staying overtime to get the job done was known as Montrose Toyota. Lad Kraemer was always my salesman.
