Easiest experience buying a new car!! I HATE buying cars because of past horrible experiences. I have a visceral reaction even thinking about dealing with pushy salespeople, so I was MORE than pleasantly surprised with the staff at Subaru of Jax. My salesperson, Nando, listened to me, DID NOT PRESSURE ME, and helped me get an amazing deal on my new Crosstrek. I felt respected (and as many of you women around my age know....that is too often not the case when trying to buy a car). Nando, Daniel and Ryan were all AWESOME!! All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My family will be using this dealership for many years to come!! ***my son had his car in for service the same day (which was the only reason I was there in the first place) and he was in and out in 40 minutes. The service department is also amazing!! More
