I asked about how long for the service and he estimated 45 minutes. I sat down in the waiting room and just about 20 minutes later he came in and told me my car was ready and went over all of the findings during the inspection (everything was great). I spent less than 30 minutes total at the dealership from the time I drove on the lot until I pull out. It's great to have a dealership deliver great service in half the time they estimated. I highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville for both sales and service. More

Road Hazard I purchased my Continental tires from Subaru of Jacksonville in July 2019. With this purchase came Road Hazard insurance. I picked up a wicked piece I purchased my Continental tires from Subaru of Jacksonville in July 2019. With this purchase came Road Hazard insurance. I picked up a wicked piece of metal in one of my tires, had to put on the spare, and took the tire in to be fixed. The size and nature of the Road Hazard precluded the dealership from repairing the tire. The Road Hazard insurance picked up the cost of the new tire. I dropped into the dealership without an appointment and expected to have to wait as they assessed the tire and take appropriate action. Michael got me in and out in under 2 hours. I have had nothing but great experiences with this Service department and my 2014 Forester has had all maintenance and repairs done at Subaru of Jacksonville. More
