Service I had an issue with my battery. 2018 Subaru outback, had not started a couple times out of the blue with no apparent reason. So I had been stranded I had an issue with my battery. 2018 Subaru outback, had not started a couple times out of the blue with no apparent reason. So I had been stranded and had to call roadside assistance. When they tested the battery it tested good. But because they did not want to me to keep going thru this if it happened again, they gave me a new battery. That gave me peace of mind and also made me feel like they care about their customers. They always go the extra mile to make sure you leave with a resolution that you can be happy with. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. They do put the customer first! S. Cheered me up on a rainy day Came in for a oil change and tire rotate. Was greeted by very happy and helpful employees. Got me in right away and answered all my questions. Fixed flat and then some I took my Subaru in to have a flat fixed, they did that THEN then did a safety inspection and found my battery was a bit weak so they replaced that at I took my Subaru in to have a flat fixed, they did that THEN then did a safety inspection and found my battery was a bit weak so they replaced that at (no charge) but everything else was okay. Upon greeting Dan was very well informed .... took over my cat said service woukd take 1 hour, yet it took 40 minutes, friendly, fast job well done.
