Michael joined the Jim Ellis family in 2009 after moving to Atlanta from a small town in South Georgia. Since childhood, Michael has had a passion for everything automotive. He first joined our Porsche team in 2009 and enjoyed being a part of Porsche’s expansion. He feels privileged to be a part of the Jim Ellis Automotive Family, and is very excited to be a part of our Volkswagen team. He embraces the fact that the Ellis organization encourages employees to always put the customer’s needs first and treat each person as we would want to be treated, especially when making a large purchase. When Michael is not at the dealership, he enjoys hiking and dirt biking.

I would highly recommend Julia Cruz. She was fantastic. I knew what I wanted to see and compare and she had all the vehicles ready to go. The one at the top of the list wasn’t even on the lot and she had it knew what I wanted to see and compare and she had all the vehicles ready to go. The one at the top of the list wasn’t even on the lot and she had it brought back from the other site. That was the one I ended up buying. Great car! She also trouble shot my Sirius radio issues due to a new radio install not filed with Sirius after I had the car home. She provided great service The General Manager was negotiable but he decided he was done without letting me know that was his purpose for coming out to speak with me instead he gave me accolades from coming in and all sorts of forced appreciation. I asked him if I had missed something. He said “Oh” In a surprised tone no less, “I cannot accept your offer”. We were less than 500.00 apart mind you. So the negotiation had terminated without me knowing and he wanted me to know that he was annoyed. Job well done. More

Never easy to buy a pre-owned car site unseen, and this time it went smoothly by my getting the answers I needed. Overall a very thorough and professional dealership.
