Our initial car salesperson, Gary Sanchez, was amazing and we came to an agreement. Then, we met with Andrew Dickensheets who was comedically horrible. First, he falsely raised our monthly payment amou and we came to an agreement. Then, we met with Andrew Dickensheets who was comedically horrible. First, he falsely raised our monthly payment amount and got defensive when we noticed and asked about it. Then, he attempted to strong-arm us into buying a warranty package. Once we denied it, he got angry and slammed papers/made passive-aggressive remarks during the rest of the process including that "our kind" of people would "probably not be driving much anyway so a warranty package covering up to a certain mileage would be ideal." No clue what he was insinuating. I am happy that we were able to secure the vehicle, but Andrew Dickensheets is the epitome of the insecure, sleazy care salesman trope straight out of a movie. It's also interesting how every positive review of Mr. Andrew from 2023 only states positives about Gary Sanchez... and Gary is not listed under employees so you have to submit reviews of Gary Sanchez under Mr. Andrew... More
