I graduated from Seckman in 2005, I am a hardcore Blues fan and for fun I work out and spend time with my family. Car was not inspected appropriately and was leaking coolant by day 2. Had horrible communication issues with service department. They had the car for almost 48 hours before anyone would communicate wit coolant by day 2. Had horrible communication issues with service department. They had the car for almost 48 hours before anyone would communicate with us despite multiple calls and messages. Never could get a response from Mike or Todd Roth when issue occurred. Finance paperwork was done incorrectly twice and they failed to give me appropriate paperwork for the DMV so I will have to make yet another trip to dealer and then again to DMV.. Overall has been a very unsatisfying experience. Also be prepared that if you use Nissan’s emergency roadside service it make take you 3 hours to get a tow truck too. Not a selling point for them at all. More

I want to start by saying I was happy with Iggy—he was helpful and professional. However, I did not work with him for the majority of this sale, so my overall experience wasn’t based solely on him. I’ve purchased several Nissans over the years and have always gone to Bommarito, where the level of service and customer care has consistently been a step above and feel as though your salesman need a little help in that area (Mike) At your location, I didn’t feel the same level of attentiveness. For future reference, it’s important to ensure that conversations with customers feel positive and genuine. A little small talk is fine, but showing real care and engagement in the customer’s needs and concerns makes a much bigger impact. While I appreciate the effort, based on this experience, I would not rate it as 4 stars or higher. More
