I'm a Sales Manager at Phillips Toyota. I excel in no-pressure sales, and I work very hard for my customers. The biggest highlight of my job is leaving my customers with a feeling of joy and satisfaction after purchasing their new or pre-owned vehicle. Ever since I was a kid, I have admired the Toyota brand. My first car was a 350,000 mile 1992 Toyota Camry, and to this day, I still drive the Toyota brand. I am a firm believer that you have to stand behind the brand that you represent. I trust Toyota's with my family.

Best car purchase / lease experience ever! First time ever in my 20+ years, 10+ car purchase lease experience - I had the best / seamless / convenient experience purchasing / leasing through MI First time ever in my 20+ years, 10+ car purchase lease experience - I had the best / seamless / convenient experience purchasing / leasing through MIkey Kuhn (Sales Rep) and Phillips Toyota. Kudos to them. Entire deal was done via email (36 emails total). Mikey was very prompt in responding, honest, upfront, and straightforward in his replies. Despite my hard negotiating tactics - Mikey was very respectful and did the best from the very beginning. Best part was that they even delivered the car to my home (40 miles away) and took my old car away to turn into lessor. Till now, I dreaded car dealerships. But Mikey and Phillips Toyota have proven that they are different. Overall a Wow experience! More

My 6th Avalon. My 2012 Avalon needed the normal/regular service so I stopped at Phillips in Leesburg, without an appointment. I was treated very well and was given prompt service which made me interested in looking at new Toyota. I made inquiry through the internet and Mikey Kuhn and Chad Howell invited me for a test drive of the 2016 Avalon. I was treated very well. They kept me apprised of the availability of cars without being "pushy" and they gave me a deal which I consider very fair. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Mikey went out of his way to have accessories put on the car (at my cost, of course) even days after I had made the purchase. Everyone I dealt with, including Tim Moore in Finance was just "super" to deal with. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new car and at least on used car - my 2012. It was an excellent car and was always maintained by Toyota technicians. More

Aggressive Pricing. Friendly service I was shopping for used Prius for awhile at other dealerships and kept having issues. Mikey was very helpful in helping me remotely being Phillips Toy I was shopping for used Prius for awhile at other dealerships and kept having issues. Mikey was very helpful in helping me remotely being Phillips Toyota was out of town for me. The negotiatin process via text and email was seamless, quick, and they did all they could to insure the pricing was fair. Once I actually drove to the dealership, a test drive was all that was needed and it was a done deal. Since the sale was done after hours, not all of the bank paper work could be figured out that evening. Mikey offered to drive the 45 minutes to my house the next day so I did not have to come back out to the dealership. More

After a terrible negotiating experience with David Maus Toyota in Sanford, I found a 4runner that matched what I was looking for at Phillips Toyota. Jonathan Harrica quickly emailed back a very fair deal that beat David Maus' best price, and without all the hassle of David Maus sales tactics. Turned out the 4runner was already sold, but Harrica/Mikey Kuhn went the extra mile and located a match at another dealer in Palm Beach, and worked out a dealer trade to make this customer happy. I cannot say enough good things about the no BS approach to locating and buying from Phillips Toyota. It was a pleasure, well worth the extra drive from Orlando. Almost everything was done by email, other than picking up and paying. Great experience More
