Service Advisor Maria Giovanniello & policy of Rallye Lexus were very professional, courteous, generous, & patient w me. Repairs required replacement air condition compressor & to maintain safe performa Lexus were very professional, courteous, generous, & patient w me. Repairs required replacement air condition compressor & to maintain safe performance a clutch assembly. AC compressor was not available & placed on order. Meanwhile, instead of being w/o a car, I was provided a free loaner which I held for 10 days awaiting arrival of replacement parts. I have dealt with Service Advisors Maria G & Michael M. w whom I found very professional, courteous, & patient. Every service required trip to Rallye Lexus & dealing w aforementioned Service Advisors/reps has been a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend this establishment & mentioned personnel. More
