This dealership’s service is terrible. I was told that the manager in the service department would call me to speak with me about the squeaky breaks in the Atlas SEL 2025. It has been several weeks and no one has called to address my concern about the breaks squeaking! The customer service from the managers is trash! They don’t care how the car works after you drive it away! I have video proof of the squeaky breaks and multiple ghost emergency service calls! But that does not matter to the dealership! I have brought this new vehicle to the service multiple times and all they could tell me is that the material used is very cheap. VW knows that the breaks squeak and nothing will be done! I will never purchase another VW! I will never recommend this brand to anyone! Toyota and Lexus are better options! More

After I bought my second VW there was leaking from sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been t sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been told by Mr Adrian that when they sell cars they says that loaner car will be available to buyers but the loaner car isn’t for everyone. If I got a chance I’ll sue them after talking to my lawyer. During these 2 years the leaking caused more damage to my car which will coast me 4000$ because they don’t give loaners cars to anyone.as I have been told. I set some days longer than 3 hours on the chair waiting. Never Ourisman never VW again. More

Michael was amazing! ! He was friendly, patient & professional. I was going to test drive the atlas & get the atlas. That was the plan. If the atlas didn’t work, then leav ! Coming from a Nissan Z to a Jeep Renegade, the atlas was too big :-( I felt extremely uncomfortable in the truck. Michael swept in & saved the day! He listened to me & found the PERFECT car for me & my toddler! My son & I Love my 2023 Tiguan!!! LOVE. Even my husband likes it! It’s rare when we like the same car, Lol! Despite not getting the atlas, I Had to have a vehicle with a panoramic roof. Michael showed me the tiguan & it was Ova! That beauty opens up the car immensely. Thank you Michael!! More

I have bought a car from here, and i have had a very bad experience from every department in this dealership. Sales manager is RUDE and sales team does not know how to write my name and address without spel experience from every department in this dealership. Sales manager is RUDE and sales team does not know how to write my name and address without spelling mistakes although i gave him my DL. I got to correct them multiple times and When the same data went to Tags and title guy he made the same mistakes in the title application. very inefficient team through out made my buying experience a nightmare. More

But advertisement means a lot to a company really does work, I saw the Atlas on the street this summer and new that was going to be my new automobile. I called on a Sunday, and Mr. Morris called me and sat up an appointment. I was not really ready but when I came in and he guided me through the process it was quick, and before I know it i was in my new SUV and out in less than 5 hrs, and you know that you can waist your whole day going thru the .process of getting a new car, but I didn't.
