Mike the salesman was great and helped me get a great deal on my 2nd car with them. Had some bumps in the road with finance department with the Xzilon treatment but Pernell resolved them by inviting me i deal on my 2nd car with them. The car I purchased still needed some service as it was a fresh arrival - the timeline transpired exactly as was indicated to me, and I was kept informed every step of the way. My sales associate Mike Murray was great - helpful, attentive, follows through, and prompt with communication. Really makes you feel like a member of the family. Danny the General Sales Manager is outstanding & truly a pleasure to work with - he's an asset to the store! Last but not least, Max in Finance is excellent too! He strives to get the best terms for his clients, listens to their needs, and goes above & beyond. You're in good hands with him. The entire team here is top notch, and I am particular. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lokey Kia to family & friends. They've certainly earned my trust!
