I have been to all the dealers within my area over the years, and this experience is by far the best to any of the other dealings I have had. Mike Mykytey has been great on the sales front, extremely knowledgeable, follows up, checks in over the course of the lease and calls to remind you your lease is expiring. The Managing Owner, Dominic Franchella is a class act. Dominic is always there to help out, in my multiple trips to the dealership, he has always been there and walking the floor. If you want to look at Ford/Lincoln, I would start here, I have done the leg work already, I would be surprised if you don't have one of the best car dealer experiences ever. More

My first thought today, as I was driving my new car home was what a great experience I just had. I felt good about the final price..I didn't feel as if I had been taken advantage of...Mike is extremely patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He "bent over backward" to make sure I was happy...He coordinated the professionals ie.pre owned cars and financing and tech so that everything went smoothly.
