We where looking at a used Ford Edge we saw on line for my daughter and called to discuss with Stamford Ford/Lincoln....from over 3hrs away. Mike ran through the particulars then asked I if had an IPhone, I do. He called back and "face timed" with us doing a live walk through of the car, the two way interaction was great...when we arrived this morning for a test drive the car was detailed looking like new out front and ready. Mike joined us for a test drive as he went through the details of the various features, new them all. We had a few concerns, nothing major, which were addressed on the spot. We bought the car, great value as we have been shopping around for a few weeks and....they did a complete service on it before drove off today, same day.....Mike completed all the needed paperwork very quickly including the out of state registration (NY), also sync'd the phone to car for us. Nice comfortable facility as well. We will definitely drive 3hrs one way again with our next auto purchase to Stamford Ford/Lincoln. More
