This dealership had a large inventory and they were able to offer the best price in the region (I checked at least 10 other dealers in New England before making a final decision). They were extremely he to offer the best price in the region (I checked at least 10 other dealers in New England before making a final decision). They were extremely helpful with all the details, paperwork, registration etc. I've got there with a rental car and I left the dealership the few hours later driving a new Forester. Buying a new car could be a long stressful process, however my experience with this dealer was almost as easy as buying a new pair of shoes. Mr. Rosenberg is not the average car salesman, in fact he breaks some of the preconceptions one might have. Working with him was a real pleasure. The only thing missing was a good expresso ;-) More

The only car I've ever purchased was a used Jeep Grand Cherokee 10 years ago. Needless to say, car shopping isn't something I or most people often experience. The guys at Subaru were awesome and very inviting and easy going. I never felt any pressure, never felt any bad vibes, just honest and knowledgeable responses. I think their customer service was the best part of the whole experience, they all insist on always calling if we ever had any questions. The other thing that I'd say was very nice was their patience. We were really annoying buyers and they never seemed anxious or disinterested in us, we really liked that. Overall a painless and easy, and dare I say fun process. More

My wife and I went to a lot of dealerships in the New England area (Subaru, Chevy, Toyota, Ford). Cityside Subaru stood out from the rest. Mark took the time to understand what we wanted in a car and a England area (Subaru, Chevy, Toyota, Ford). Cityside Subaru stood out from the rest. Mark took the time to understand what we wanted in a car and also spent a lot of time explaining our different options. It was clear that he wanted us to get the right car. Mike was open and honest with the loan and contract. Great service all around! Thanks, guys! More

We have purchased several cars from Cityside and have been very satisfied. Michael Nelson was our previous salesman but he was promoted to finance manager. He recommended Peter Rosenberg, and I can hon been very satisfied. Michael Nelson was our previous salesman but he was promoted to finance manager. He recommended Peter Rosenberg, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed dealing with him as much as any salesperson I've ever encountered. He was knowledgeable and attentive, and understood it was my wife's car not mine. I very much enjoyed his dry sense of humor. I suspect we would be friends. He called to follow up several times. I had my first experience with Cityside Subaru in October 2012 when I purchased my beautiful 2013 Subaru Legacy. I was very pleased with the sale and working with John Melvin and with the financing transact 2012 when I purchased my beautiful 2013 Subaru Legacy. I was very pleased with the sale and working with John Melvin and with the financing transaction with Michael Nelson. I drove away very proud in my new Subaru. Four months later, I was less than 1/4 mile from my home driving m daughter to a church event when we were struck by a vehicle containing persons heavily under the influence of alcohol. My daughter was trapped in the car and required the jaws of lif to extricate her from the vehicle. She sustained a fractured pelvis. I was more fortunate, with only fractured ribs. Both side curtain airbags deployed during the impact. My poor car was totalled, but SAVED OUR LIVES. I am a firm believer that we would have been killed, or much more seriously injured had we been in a smaller or less equipt car. One never really expects something like this to happen to them, especially when they are generally a safe driver, but it certainly can! It can happen a matter of feet from your home. After the dust settled, the shock began to wear off, I decided that I would head right back to Cityside Subaru and replace my Legacy.....with another one. My second transaction was just as smooth as the first, just as much as a pleasure to work with these fine gentlemen. I will always own a Subaru. My loyalties will always remain. More

We were in the market for a new Subaru Outback and headed over to City Side to see what they had to offer. Right from the beginning we worked with Mark Lidano who was able to quickly find the exact car we wa over to City Side to see what they had to offer. Right from the beginning we worked with Mark Lidano who was able to quickly find the exact car we wanted, took us for a test drive, and answered all of our questions. Made it really easy to decide that this car was for us and this dealership would be the place to buy it. The finance team (Don and Mike) were excellent, they beat a financing rate that AAA had previously pre-approved us for. They clearly explained everything and didn't provide a 'hard sell' at any time. If your looking for a dealership that will work with you City Side is the place to go! More
