not good block heater cord was not ordered and in stock RECALL was told it would be taken care of at service time. now have to make another appt for this . block heater cord was not ordered and in stock RECALL was told it would be taken care of at service time. now have to make another appt for this . last time i was in tire rotation was not done.. this time rotation was done but tire pressure was not adjusted 80 psi for the rear and 60 for the front. this is the 2nd time this has happened...also was looking at new tires and service rep said he would check into some numbers for me never happened . seems your service people are overwhelmed and dont have any time for customers. I pull a large fifth wheel 41ft with this truck and i dont need to worry about it. thats why i come to the dealer for service I want it done right, another thought twice I had to crawl under the truck and tighten the oil filter..dripping on garage floor super happy with the truck but not with the service WILLIAM SOMMER More
