Michael joined Flemington BMW in 2004 putting to work his vast experience in selling BMWs since 1985. His background is quite varied. He’s been a professional photographer, sold high-end home theater equipment and was involved with the international shipping of metals. He has always had an affinity for BMWs and owned two before getting into the auto industry so he can relate to his customers as both a BMW expert and an owner. He enjoys giving clients personal attention; several times a week Michael delivers new cars or picks them up to be serviced. This allows customers to continue their daily lives while he helps take care of their vehicles. A Tewksbury resident for the past 20 years, Michael enjoys spending time with his children, indulging in his passion for photography and videography or playing tennis and ice hockey.

Car Buying Made Easy Recently I purchased my third BMW from Michael O'Conner. My first 3 were X3's and I just up graded to an X5. I tell Michael what I am looking for and Recently I purchased my third BMW from Michael O'Conner. My first 3 were X3's and I just up graded to an X5. I tell Michael what I am looking for and he does his absolute best to make that happen. He is supportive, knowledge and most of all patient. He fully explains what each component of a package does and why it is important or not knowing my needs. Last night I picked up my new 2015 X5 and Michael spent over 2 hours fully explaining the new technology and how everything worked.in the vehicle. When I left, I felt secure in the knowledge that I was in control of the technology and not visa versa. Ed Kiley supported Michael in the initial sales process and did a great job, but Michael carried the ball. I know I will also receive excellent service as I have in the past thanks to my service Rep Jim Hierl Job well done. More

Buying with confidence I've been buying/leasing BMWs for both my wife and me from Flemington BMW for about twenty years. I keep coming back because there is no reason to go anywhere else. My salesperson for the last few BMWs - including the one I just leased -- has been Michael O'Connor he is a dedicated salesperson taking the time to answer all my questions and the time to explain all the various options -- both car options and financing options. When you pick up the car he takes the time once again to make sure you are comfortable with the operation of the car before driving off. Michael O'Connor is just one of the people I deal with at Fleming and I am confident with both my sales and service experience. More

Michael was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about his product, which made me feel comfortable through the entire lease process. Jan-Michael Blakley guided me through the financing process efficiently and effectively.
