Michael joined Flemington BMW in 2004 putting to work his vast experience in selling BMWs since 1985. His background is quite varied. He’s been a professional photographer, sold high-end home theater equipment and was involved with the international shipping of metals. He has always had an affinity for BMWs and owned two before getting into the auto industry so he can relate to his customers as both a BMW expert and an owner. He enjoys giving clients personal attention; several times a week Michael delivers new cars or picks them up to be serviced. This allows customers to continue their daily lives while he helps take care of their vehicles. A Tewksbury resident for the past 20 years, Michael enjoys spending time with his children, indulging in his passion for photography and videography or playing tennis and ice hockey.

Probably The Nicest New Car Buying Experience Ever! I lease a new car every 3 years and always have so at 58 years old I have plenty of experience of the purchase and delivery process. It has always been obvious to me as I bought progressively more expensive cars that you seem to get what you pay for as far as customer service is concerned and so far at least the best experiences I have had have been with Infiniti (2 cars) and now BMW (3 cars). All that said the winner must be Flemington BMW. This is the first time I have purchased from this dealer and the process was very efficient, friendly and most importantly unpressured. I prefer to do all the "negotiating" over the internet and then just go in and sign the order (I always order a custom build) once the deal is done. Because of that my initial contact was with Noha Amin who was extraordinarily helpful as we went "back & forth" on the deal. There were a few glitches as BMW Corporate's site didn't seem to communicate my build properly to the dealership and in fact their site can be quite confusing but Noha worked through it with me patiently and we got there in the end striking what was in my opinion a very fair deal for both parties. I certainly appreciated the transparency as every question I asked about the cost of money, residual, cap cost, inception fees etc. was answered promptly and without ambiguity. I didn't get quite everything I wanted and hopefully if I did my job right nor did they but at the end of the day I was very happy and I assume they were too. When completing the paperwork to order the car I briefly met with Vince Dillon and Rebecca Kosar both of whom took care of what needed to be done quickly and painlessly. At that point I was introduced to Michael O'Connor who would take care of me through the rest of the process. There was some confusion over the lease payment that I didn't notice until after I left the dealership but when I queried it with Michael it was resolved completely to my satisfaction within 15 minutes. So, fast forward six weeks to today when I collected the vehicle (during the interim period Michael kept me well informed of the status of my build). This really was an outstanding experience. Michael took pains to encourage me to carefully examine the vehicle for as long as I wanted to ensure everything about it was satisfactory. No pressure at all. The paperwork was all prepared and a few signatures later I was off to see Rebecca to complete the "legal" part of the lease process. Prior to that Michael explained several additional options I could have loaded into the lease (wheel and tire insurance and the suchlike) but was very clear that these were completely optional and I wasn't under any pressure to buy them. This is the point at which the last BMW dealer I dealt with lost my future business as they were almost obnoxious in pressuring me to buy something I didn't want and no doubt on which they make a handsome profit. Not so on this occasion so kudos to Michael and the dealership for their "soft sell" approach which caused me no discomfort at all. Okay, they may have lost a few bucks on the additions but they will sell me another car as a result which is a sound long term view. After a few quick electronic signatures with Rebecca I was back with Michael for the most comprehensive and knowledgeable explanation of the car and its systems I have ever had including him programming various controls, pairing my phone, setting up the free satellite radio and much more. At the same time I returned my old lease vehicle which was inspected while Michael was taking me through the new vehicle without any fuss or wasted time on my part. So, this evening I am a very happy bunny with a beautiful new BMW X5 5.0i in the garage and a residual feeling of being treated with warmth and respect by everybody I met at Flemington BMW. What a shame that seems to be so rare these days even when you are spending enough to buy a small house in some parts of the US! Again, this is a great dealership with great professional people that are all a pleasure to interact with AND they will work with you to craft a very nice deal. Doesn't get much better than that! In summary I highly recommend Flemington BMW and will certainly be seeing them again assuming I lease another BMW in three years time. More

We came in on an event day, and had waited 45 minutes to get a sales advisor, however we were warmly entertained afterwards. We felt we could have gotten a better trade-in value for our car, but because they offered a good price on our new purchase and gave us a good buying experience, we decided to give them our business (well, the icing on the cake was when we found out that they would pick up our car from our house for service appointments - what a treat!). We were treated professionally and respectfully by everyone, from the sales team to the financing person. After having purchased the car, we noticed there was a problem with the exterior, and our sales advisor (Michael O'Connor) handled the situation very well - we felt someone had our backs and was going to take care of it. We felt we could not have picked a better dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and relatives. We would definitely give them our business again, and we are looking forward to working with them in the future. More
