Regular time for service according to vehicle Friendly and explained what my vehicle needed very well. Kathy had a good sense of humor and when I chose not to have the back brake pads replaced as Friendly and explained what my vehicle needed very well. I use to teach customer service for Ritz Carlton and Marshall is my newest of stories I will integrate into future presentations. I have been putting off buying a car for 2 years. This can be a stressful and challenging transaction. Often when I started the process all the men sales agents would direct the discussion to my husband assuming (falsely) that he would be making the purchase. At last I found the car I wanted but the challenge was it was not in Illinois. First I had a discussion with Arthur who was kind and professional. Richard then went to so far to exceed my expectations by communicating that he would drive the car up north. While that scenario did not work for the timing, Marshall worked to figure out a way to get me my dream car so that it would be in the garage to surprise my husband when he got home. He personally drove the car to me (6 hours away), helped me to set the car up and shared his personal stories that demonstrated the kind of man that he is. Marshall- is a true hero. The kind that makes things happen that is a man of his word, that does what it takes to make the customer happy. He cares, he delivers. I worked for the Ritz- Carton Hotel company for years and the example of what Marshall demonstrated was truly best in class. I would suggest everyone I know to buy a car from him and I will sing his praises for the rest of my life. More

Friendly service I have never experienced the awesome customer service like that at Honda World. To say they are caring, professional is understatement. They truly go beyond in making you feel important and valued. Everyone is polite and smiles, even those who are passing by will nod head. I only became acquainted with Hibdas 2 years ago---but I will never buy anything but Honda again---not only because they have great cars--but their customer service goes beyond. Never in 20 years combined of owning Fords --did I ever experience a tenth of the attention, service and positive attitude that I have received in 2 years from Honda. Just a simple oil change I am treated great. And it's not just me--I watch/hear how they interact with all the customers waiting to have cars serviced. William Bradley went above during my service oil change and Lewis Ray took me on test drive for new 2016 and he was awesome. More

Great Honda Pilot EX-L Lots of cool features, digital dash Great experience. I like the eight inch touch screen with back up camera, radio, cell phone control. The lane assist camera is excellent. It has a possible throttle body sensor issue which should be changed soon under warranty. This was not authorized to be changed,therefore problem still exists which could cause a head on collision. I like that on hot summer days you can open all windows with the remote control. It also opens the rear door, which is very nice when you have groceries. You can not lock the keys in the Honda which is nice. If you forget and get out with it running it will peep to let you know. Great buy, which the infrequent speeding up of engine when slowing at a stop light or stop sigh causing you to go through it at a fast speed could be resolved. More

Mr Hinton went out of his way to be helpful in locating veh for me. Mr Uchitel, who sold me the Honda Pilot in 2010 handled the sale paperwork and explained lease. Mr Hinton and Mr Uchitel are a credit to your dealership. More

Instead I found a group of dedicated professionals who truly wanted to find a win-win deal. When the vehicle I wanted was more than I could afford, they REMOVED OPTIONS to make it fit my budget! When I came up cash short they asked me what rate I needed and set their finance machine to work, in no time they had me a BETTER RATE than my bank for the ENTIRE BALANCE! These folks have literally CHANGED MY OPINION OF CAR BUYING POSITIVELY. BIG ups Chuck and Ben, you're a class act gentlemen. More
