Thrilled with new car! I love my new Tuscon! Although I came in initially for a service call, I was very pleased to leave with a new car that met all my needs. I wasn't pre I love my new Tuscon! Although I came in initially for a service call, I was very pleased to leave with a new car that met all my needs. I wasn't pressured into buying , and enjoyed the sale experience. Brant was a great sales associate who listened to what I wanted. Billy was a great GM who made it happen. Mike explained all the paperwork I had to sign in a respectful manner. More

Very dis-satisfied My airbag error light came on after hearing a crunching sound in my steering wheel while driving to work on friday morning causing nothing to work on My airbag error light came on after hearing a crunching sound in my steering wheel while driving to work on friday morning causing nothing to work on my steering wheel including HORN, and all of the bittons for bluetooth, mileage, cruise, etc... Fernando told me its not covered under the warranty i have and not under my global extended warranty and not covered by VW and to get it fixed i pay $290 for parts and min of $200 in labor. She gave me Volks Wagon corporate ph# WHICH ISNT CORPORATE it is VW credit, I dont have a loan with Volks Wagon. I waited All day to hear from her, I called and disnt get a return call, until i had to call back again when leaving work, she charged my credit card $108 and sent me on my way to deal with Vols Wagon vs Global warranty on my own. Customer Service was awful, Im extremely frustrated. I dont even know if it is safe to drive like this, a car swerved at ua on the highway and almost hit us and the horn didnt work to alert him!!! Very unhappy. My fiance called Michael Pace, who sold us the extended warranty that evening who hasnt returned our phone call yet but said he will try to get to the bottom of this and work something out and get back to us. Completely annoyed right now. More

They did put it one when I made them aware of it More

Unhappy Customer I went to Dickson City Hyundai to buy a new car. I was there for 4 hours on two separate occasions. There was constant changing of prices. The manager is rude and wouldn’t answer questions honestly. Bait and switch between phone calls and in person. Terrible customer service. The seller lied about it being her first sale.
