Unfortunately, since the ownership changed to Nucar Honda, the service has been disappointing. S it was Boch Honda and always had a great experience. Dear General Manager Kevin, I have had dis-satisfaction experience with your service department for my ex-Honda Accord and decided not doing business with you guys. Bust last October when we shopped our 3r experience with your service department for my ex-Honda Accord and decided not doing business with you guys. Bust last October when we shopped our 3rd Accord, we decided to give you guys another chance. Luckily, we met our Sales Person and your Service Manager, Michael Pacheco. We had excellent and comfortable experience with these two nice gentlemen. So we bought our 3rd Accord. Today, I went back for my first service appointment of our new car, but was declined by your Service Department again for the reasoning of not 6 month nor 5000 mile yet. However, according to my memory collection, I understood its free services for the first year. I believe this is unfair. So I went to see Mike, your Sales Manager. He immediately brought your service person, Nick to discussed the situation. According to Nick Honda only pays once oil change for the first year. His explanation further apart from my expectation of at least two oil change services for the year. With Mike’s help, I finally got my oil change. With my busy schedule today is only chance to get done. I sincerely appreciate Mike’s help. I just want to call your attention that Mike is your most valuable employee!! That’s impressive and clearly shows he’s good at what he does. It was a pleasure dealing and speaking to him. He truly went out of his way to help us in every way. From letting us take the vehicle and not rushing us to hurry back. We ended up buying it and we’re so happy we did. I went to visit this dealer after I saw an internet postings for Honda Ridgeline pricing. When I got there, the sale person was very nice and tried his best to help. Another manager told me later that he will call around and will get back to me. Guess what, they didn't even after a reached out to them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER. I bought a Ridgeline at another dealer and got a better deal!!! More

Very rude, spoke to us in a very condescending, arrogant way, I have never met anyone who could be so dismissive. He wanted to force us into financing with them and then humiliated us by saying ok we can ho way, I have never met anyone who could be so dismissive. I told him my bank said they would need a purchase and sales agreement and he said he didnt care what the bank says. He would not be giving me anything unless I had a check. I asked why he was being a jerk and that I would be taking my business elsewhere he stormed off running his mouth to the station to the rest of the employees so I told him why he was still talking crap, he quickly got up and started to make his way Over to me and my husband stopped him the next thing I know they were in each other’s face. Felt disrespected and disdain soon after signup the sales contract. I wouldn’t consider to visit again even it is close proximity to my work. Promised me to follow up on my issue and never called me. I only called and I only follow up including registration. My insurance company co firmed that they sent my insurance details and details when and what time faxed. But Kayla never checked or confirmed on this all she was saying is she didn’t received. When I ask to confirm on this another old gentle man and accused me that I am yelling. Felt like this the true face soon after deal sign. More
